FRAUDULENT SALE/LEASE OF LAND
We have been receiving several reports of fraudulent transactions involving the sale/lease of land in areas under the jurisdiction and management of CEZA, including those under the LGU of Sta. Ana. To avoid being victimized by unscrupulous individuals, interested buyers/lessors are directed to seek clearance first from legal authorities, such as CEZA, before entering into any agreement or contract by any parties involved.
