With the signing of Memorandum of Cooperation Agreement in Hongkong between Asia Television (ATV) Group and CEZA/OPANL, August 2, 2019, more direct investments from Hongkong, Japan, Korea, Singapore and China on information and communication technology (ICT), financial technology solutions (Fintech), internet of things (IOT), digital technologies, (Digtech),power generation, green smart cities, resorts and other real estate developments, water treatment and sewage, among others, will come to Cagayan, Pangasian and Northern Luzon soonest.
