QUALITY POLICY

We, at the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA), a government-owned and controlled corporation, are committed to providing efficient and effective services that meet the expectations of our clients, stakeholders, and other external organizations.

We shall continue to improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS) to consistently provide excellent client satisfaction while upholding the highest standards of quality services for the success of our entire organization.

CEZA’S MANDATE

Under the RA 7922 CEZA is mandated to develop and operate the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport into a Self-Sustaining Industrial, Commercial, Financial, Investment and Tourism Center and Freeport with suitable retirement/residential areas, in order to create employment opportunities in and around the Zone, and to effectively encourage and attract legitimate and productive foreign investments therein.
