Sec. Raul L. Lambino, Administrator and CEO of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, was invited as a keynote speaker during the ASEAN HR Tech Venture Summit 2018 held on October 18-19, 2018 at Shangri-La The Fort, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

ASEAN HR Tech Venture Summit is a gathering of ASEAN business leaders, global entrepreneurs and corporate executives to discuss how improvements could be made to HR with technology, insights on capital trends, mergers and acquisition model and corporate remodeling. The conference covered five topics, namely technology, legal, mergers and acquisitions, venture business and corporate brand for CEO’s. The CEZA head delivered the opening keynote for the venture track aspect of the Summit and also presented the investment opportunities in CEZA.
