NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

In relation to the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority’s (CEZA) efforts to improve ease of doing business and provide efficient and effective services inside the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and Freeport (CSEZFP), please be guided of the proper procedure or protocol prior to applying as a CEZA Enterprise/Licensee/Port User/Port Service Provider, to wit:

  1. All applicants must submit a letter of intent addressed to the Administrator and Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) either through our Records Section located at CEZA Sta. Ana Office and Mandaluyong Office or through CEZA’s official e-mail address at [email protected].
  1. Upon submission of the letter of intent, the applicant shall be contacted by the Office of the ACEO for the schedule of presentation of the proposed activity to be registered with CEZA.
  1. After the presentation, the applicant shall be endorsed to the Business Registration and Regulatory Division for the submission of application documents.

All applicants for CEZA Enterprise Registration are advised to comply with the aforementioned procedure.

Further, CEZA warns the public against unauthorized individuals and/or entities that offer assistance to unsuspecting applicants to facilitate speedy completion of transactions for pecuniary gain or any other advantage or consideration. Such act is considered “fixing” and strictly prohibited under the Republic Act 11032 otherwise known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018”.

The public is advised to transact only to authorized CEZA personnel to ensure protection from any fixing or fraudulent activities, and to preserve transparency and integrity in all CEZA business transactions.
