In his concurrent capacity as the Presidential Adviser for Northern Luzon, Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (CEZA) Administrator and CEO, Sec. Raul L. Lambino (left), gathered the regional directors of various line agencies of Northern Luzon recently at the Royce Hotel in Clark Freeport, Pampanga for a comprehensive review of their regional development plans, as well as their current programs and projects. Sec. Lambino promoted an integrated development framework for the Northern Luzon quadrangle.

The gathering also became a venue for a dialogue among the said constituents, who were amenable with the said framework, as evidenced by their smiling faces and clenched-fist pose that has been an icon to show support to President Rodrigo Duterte.
